A COA looks technical, but the parts that matter are simple. Here is how to read one in a minute.
Once you know what to look at, a COA becomes the most useful document a supplier can hand you.
The three sections
Cannabinoids tell you the strength. Terpenes tell you the character. Contaminants tell you it is safe. The last section should read as pass or not detected.
What to check first
Make sure the COA matches the exact batch you are buying, from an independent lab. A report for a different batch tells you nothing.
If a supplier cannot show a COA for the batch in front of you, that is your answer.
